My Favourite Salad @ Perotta’s, Cairns

I simply had to include a post about one my favourite meals at one of my favourite restaurants in Cairns.  The Chilli Salt Squid Salad with Spiced Popcorn (AU$19) at Perotta’s At the Gallery is so damn good you just have to go there and try it!  I have been going to Perotta’s for years and ordering this salad and I have never been disappointed with it.  Sure the spiced popcorn may be a bit of an odd ingredient but that with the pomegranate, rocket, pumpkin and dressing is mouth wateringly good!  Not only is the salad amazing but Perotta’s is the perfect place for people watching (if you are into that kind of thing).  Get down there!

    Absolutely agree, lunch there was fantastic and 3 days later breakfast was ditto once more!
    Place to go if you want consistently great tasting food and service with a smile.
